Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to destinations worldwide. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are the customer’s responsibility. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How long will my order take?
Most orders ship within 10 business days, and delivery typically takes about a week after that, depending on your destination. We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original, unopened packaging, or that arrive defective, damaged or not as described. Custom and engraved pieces cannot be returned. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel before your order ships by emailing contact@tasnimjewellery.com with your order number. Custom or engraved orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
