- We describe and photograph our jewelry and watches as accurately as we can. Colors and sparkle may look slightly different on your screen, and handmade pieces can vary a little from photos.
- Our pieces are set with moissanite and other stones as described on each product page. Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone and is not a natural diamond.
- We may change prices, product availability or product details, or stop selling an item, at any time. If we find a pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
3. Brand Names
Some products are inspired by the styles of well-known watch and jewelry brands. Names such as Rolex, Cartier, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe and Richard Mille are trademarks of their respective owners. Tasnim Jewellery is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer for these brands, and uses their names for descriptive purposes only.
4. Orders and Payment
- When you place an order you agree to give us accurate billing and shipping details.
- Payments are handled by secure third-party providers such as PayPal. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by a payment provider.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or an item is unavailable, and will refund any payment already taken for it.

6. Custom Orders
Customized, personalized and engraved items are made especially for you. Please check every detail before you order, because these items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
